These terms are an agreement between you and Locked In Life LLC (“we”, “us”) covering your use of the Dailies app. By creating an account you accept them.
Who can use Dailies
You must be 18 or older. Dailies connects people for in-person activities and is not built or moderated for minors.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone else.
What the app does today
Right now Dailies lets you set a short list of daily commitments, build a profile, and host or RSVP to activities near you.
There is no money in this version of the app. There are no purchases, subscriptions, stakes, wagers, deposits or payouts. Nothing in the app can charge you.
Your content
What you write — your bio, your activity listings — stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to display it inside the app to the members it is meant for. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
How to behave
No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, sexual content, or content that is illegal. Do not use Dailies to sell things or recruit for anything. Show up for the activities you RSVP to, and cancel in good time if you cannot.
We can remove content, suspend an account, or remove someone from the community at our discretion, including for behaviour that makes the community worse.
Meeting people in person — read this one
Dailies will show you activities hosted by people you do not know, at real places. We do not run background checks on members, we do not verify anyone’s identity, and we do not vet, supervise or attend the activities people post.
You are responsible for your own safety. Use your judgement about who you meet and where. Tell someone where you are going. Leave if something feels wrong. Report anyone who behaves badly to support@getlockedinlife.com.
If you host an activity, you are responsible for it — including whether the place is safe, whether you are allowed to be there, and anything that happens while you are running it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between members, before, during or after an activity.
No warranty
Dailies is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or that your data will never be lost. Signed-in dailies are saved to our server, but changes made offline that never reach it cannot be recovered.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Locked In Life LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Dailies. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which in this version of the app is nothing.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we change the terms significantly we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Dailies after that means you accept the new terms.
Ending it
You can stop using Dailies at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@getlockedinlife.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
